Contactless Click-&-Collect:

Important: You must wait for a text or eMail from us before collection, usually in around 30min during business hours.
Select "Pickup" as your delivery method in checkout and we will send you an eMail and/or and SMS text message as soon as your goods are ready to collect, along with instructions and pickup location details. In most cases your goods will be ready to collect the following business day.
Many items are available for pickup from our Braeside warehouse. As some items are shipped from other warehouses in Australia not all items are available for pickup.

We send all shipments through Australia Post or by road freight courier services.
All goods are in our warehouse in Australia and are dispatched the next working day after your payment is received so you will receive your order quickly!
Our warehousing and dispatch systems combined with courier and eParcel (Australia Parcel Post) agreements ensure a speedy dispatch and delivery.
Our systems automatically keep buyers informed of order status and delivery tracking at every step, greatly increasing our customers' sense of security in the entire process.
"Free Shipping" items may have a shipping fee applied to some postcodes depending on the products and destination. See the cart checkout page for the final price to your destination.
