Temperature Kettle. The Variable Temperature kettle has been designed for
the true connoisseur. Choose from 5 pre-set temperatures for optimal tea and
coffee brewing to suit all varieties:
- Five pre-set brewing temperatures with temperature ready alerts.
- 175F/80C – Green Tea
- 185F/85C – White Tea
- 195F/90C – Oolong Tea
- 200F/93C – French Press
- 212F/100C – Boil and Black Tea
Hold Temp Button
The convenient Hold Temp function can be used before, during or on
completion of the water heating cycle. When the water has reached the
selected temperature, the Hold Temp function will maintain the selected
temperature for 20 minutes.
Water Level Indicators
Positioned on both sides of the kettle, two windows accommodate left- and
right-handed viewing.
Removable Scale Filter
Scale filter removes scale deposits for cleaner water. To clean the scale
deposits from the filter, remove the filter by opening the lid and sliding
the filter up and out of the kettle. The filter can be cleaned by placing
under running hot water and rubbing with a cleaning cloth or brush.
