Delivery
GoStore is renowned for its fast and efficient shipping. We use the services provided by Australia Post for all our dispatches, with our Despatch Department being active 6 days per week, ensuring you receive the purchased goods within the shortest timeframe. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of confirming your payment.

If a particular purchased product, is not available in stock, or we are experiencing delays with the dispatch of your order, we will inform you as soon as it is practicable.

If a particular product you have purchased is no longer stocked, you will be entitled to receive an alternative product, which in our view matches the description of the purchased product, or a refund, at your full discretion.
